Cubly is a visual timer designed for children and families. We believe a children's app should collect as little information as possible, so Cubly is designed to work without an account and without collecting personal information.
Information we collect
Cubly does not ask for or collect names, email addresses, dates of birth, precise locations, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or other personal information. The app does not include third-party advertising or behavioural tracking.
Information stored on your device
Timer settings, routines, preferences, and progress may be stored locally on your device so the app can remember your choices. This information is not sent to us. You can remove it by deleting the app from your device.
Children's privacy
Cubly is intended to be used by children with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request, contact us so we can delete it.
Support emails
If a parent or guardian contacts us for support, we receive the email address and any information included in the message. We use that information only to respond, troubleshoot, and improve Cubly. Please do not include sensitive information about a child in a support request.
Sharing and selling information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or others.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if Cubly's features or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
