1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications developed by Huy Tran (“I”, “me”, or “my”) available on the Apple App Store. I am committed to protecting your privacy. My apps are utility and productivity tools designed to operate with minimal data collection.

2. Information I Do Not Collect

I do not collect, store, or transmit personal information to my own servers. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
  • Precise GPS location data
  • Contacts or calendar information
  • Photos, videos, or other user-generated files

3. Local Data & System Features

To provide app functionality, certain data is stored locally on your device or via your private Apple account:

  • Local Storage: App settings, preferences, and user-inputted data (e.g., timers, notes, or lists) are stored on your device only.
  • iCloud Sync: Optional: Remove if not used If enabled, your data may sync across your devices via Apple’s iCloud service. I do not have access to this data; it is encrypted and managed by Apple.
  • Apple Analytics: I may view anonymized, aggregated usage data provided by Apple’s App Analytics if you have opted-in to sharing this with developers via your device settings.

4. Third-Party Services

While I do not collect your data, I use the following third-party services that may collect information independently:

A. Apple App Store (In-App Purchases)

Payments are processed securely by Apple. I do not see or store your credit card or billing details.

5. Global Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Under laws like the GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California), users have rights regarding their personal data:

  • No Sale of Data: I do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA.
  • Data Access & Deletion: Because I do not collect personal data on my servers, I have no data to provide or delete upon request. Any data created in the app can be deleted by you by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
  • Tracking Opt-Out: You can manage your tracking preferences in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

6. Children’s Privacy

My apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a third-party service used in the app has inadvertently collected such data, please contact me immediately.

7. Security

Local app data is protected by iOS system-level security and encryption. I recommend keeping your device software updated and using a passcode or FaceID/TouchID.

8. Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
